The Future First Technology Nepal (FFTN) is one of the companies in imaging domain, working with different partners internationally as well as locally. Handling, import of related hardware and peripherals based solution requirement.
Currently, FFTN in Nepal providing solutions in same domain to it’s customers in field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The solution based supply, installation of imaging requirement i.e all range of printers, barcode printer, financial and ID card (PVC) based thermal printers, multimedia projectors and office IT equipment for large and small businesses, providing end to end solutions on all imaging requirement in Photo & Fine Art, design based Technical, Billboard & Signage and Corporate, Banking & Finance domain for all kind of printing, projection and security requirement.

Our main goal is to cater best of services for minimum down time of supplied and installed hardware and continuous supply of it’s accessories, introducing latest products in the market we find in the industry. Customer Support has become one of the most important services for ensuring minimum down time of the installed hardware and continuous availability of required supplies and peripherals. FFTN maintains the services best of quality standards in the industry. We offer best of it’s expertise in all aspect of printing and imaging, IT hardware at every stages from installation, implementation to upgrading; to all of it’s customers individual to companies or system integrators. We serve in related field of products in customers domain across the country.
In the installation of imaging or related IT hardware products, FFTN is involved from the planning and recommendation stage. This division provides Maintenance Services, on-site and off-site repair services installations all over Nepal, backed by the technical support of our overseas principals and with an adequate inventory of spares. This division is capable of providing all warranty and post-warranty support for all the products FFTN supplies.
Support provided by FFTN principals includes hands-on training, regular supply of service manuals and technical updates, on-line technical guidance, Maintenance Service and for fast repair/maintenance services.
Mercantile: Is having sole distributorship of Epson and Acer in the country since late 80s in the field of IT industry in Nepal.
